Meet the team: below are our compassionate carers who keep our little world running, whether looking after your loved ones, or keeping you updated.
Roxanne
Our manager Roxanne is primarily the person who oversees everything small animal, and post early years child minding related. she has owns dogs almost all her life, and dedicated hours of her time looking after her guinea pigs and rats. Roxanne is also currently completing multiple training courses such as, level 2 safeguarding, level 2 paediatric first aid, and awaiting a DBS, with boatloads of experience from local charities such as children's world, running little voices musical theatre, and assisting in small steps dance and theatre arts lessons. she is a fun, bubbly, kind, and empathetic individual; with a keen eye for children and animals who need that extra bit of TLC; and also has a natural ability to help children with SEND regardless of the extent of their support needs. she may even come singing you a song, showing off her music qualifications, and putting her graded singing exams to good use!
Will
Will, is our early years, and larger animals specialist. Holding an enhanced DBS, and owning horses, and dogs, looking after them since his childhood. with 3 years experience in an early years childcare setting with ages of children from 0-4, and a early years level 2 qualification. his fun and exciting personality brings that playful, silly, and fun atmosphere. Will also has years of experience with children with SEND and has a level 2 qualification in supporting early years children with SEND. on top of this will has experience teaching children of all ages in Little Voices Theatre School, and assisting in small steps dances and theatre arts. Will also has experience as a support working supporting children with SEND, and their parents/carers.
